A tribute to its namesake and Pieri family matriarch, Bar Sera is an ode to small businesses and the incredible immigrant families who built them. With a deep commitment to sustainable practices and supporting our community, we feature locally grown and sourced ingredients from Pieri Farm, as well as house-made breads, doughs and pasta. We aim to showcase seasonal dishes that feature these ingredients, hand-picked by our own farmers, that also highlights the creativity of our culinary team laden with hard-working immigrant families.
