About us
Bar Sera is deeply rooted in the rhythm of the seasons and the Pieri family’s own farm, where much of the inspiration for the menu begins. Fresh, seasonal ingredients take center stage, led by Executive Chef Will Langlois, bringing the farm’s harvest into the kitchen throughout the year.
Opened in 2020, Bar Sera is named for Serafina, owner Brian Pieri’s great-grandmother. The upstairs Enoteca offers a rotating selection of wines from small producers and regions around the world, with bottles available to enjoy with dinner or take home.
